| Vice President Parker Herd - CEO, All-Ready Radon Parker Herd brings a deep-rooted passion for protecting families and communities from the dangers of radon. His journey into the radon industry began while working as a multifamily project engineer for a national developer, where he was asked to get licensed to help the company comply with new radon regulations. What started as a task quickly became a personal mission. With a lifelong background in construction and a strong entrepreneurial drive, he's launched and led several teams focused on delivering reliable, high-integrity service. His past roles include managing over $1.5 billion in commercial and multifamily construction projects, mentoring teams, coordinating subcontractors, and leading operational initiatives across multiple states. Parker is passionate about radon education, supporting fellow professionals, and ensuring more people live in safe, healthy homes.
Secretary Justin Daniels - Owner, Absolute Radon Safety Justin is the owner of Absolute Radon Safety, a radon mitigation and testing firm in Colorado, specializing in diagnostic-first systems and complex mitigation challenges. Before entering the environmental health space in 2022, Justin spent over 20 years in IT leadership. That experience shaped his commitment to accountability, process improvement, and high-quality service. He brings that same mindset to the field—and to industry advocacy. Justin has also served four years as Treasurer of the Parker Radio Association. Treasurer Richard Moody - Western Regional Manager, Lifetime Radon Solutions After a childhood and early adulthood of working on homes including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, framing, tile, etc, Richard chose to put his abundant skills to use from radon industry as a mitigation technician in 2013. He has worked his way up from technician, through new construction foreman, and new construction manager, to Western Regional Manager. Richard has successfully mitigated thousands of existing and new construction homes and commercial projects across the US. He is excited to support the radon industry with installation knowledge, sales and marketing experience, and existing/new construction projects and policy guidance. |
| Director Brent Ulbert - Owner/Partner, PDS Radon Supply Brent Ulbert joined PDS Radon Supply in 2017 after a decade long career in small business marketing in Northern Colorado. He donates his time and money to RMAARST in order to spread radon awareness. He offers a strong perspective through his engagement with homeowners, contractors, mitigators, testers, realtors, and nearly every type of person that encounters our industry on a weekly basis. |
![]() | Director Zan Jones - Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Radonova Zan Jones is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Radonova, Inc. where she manages the U.S. and Canadian markets. She began her role at Radonova in February 2022 and since then has participated as a volunteer in helping both Colorado and Illinois pass radon protection laws. She has extensive experience in the commercial building construction industry and the medical diagnostic industry and holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio. |
